About Me:

Growing up in New Jersey, I was introduced at a early age to sports as well as going to the theater by my parents. We were either at a football, basketball, baseball and or hockey game. During the summer, we were at the country club. My dad loved to play golf. I watched at times but you would typically find me at the pool swimming. Dinner was at the club with the big bands playing. Mom loved dancing which I grew to love as well.

We would go the theater as well and have a spa day, which is how I ended up becoming a New York Licensed Massage Therapist. My specialty, since growing up around athletes and dancers, would naturally be my signature 90 minute sports and medical deep tissues massage, along with stretching.
